I have lived at Coyote Ridge for a number of years and have seen a steady decline in the quality of this apartment complex. It is noisy and lately there have been a series of break in to vehicles. Overall the grounds are pretty well kept except that dog owners are allowed to let their pets poop all over the place (even on the sidewalks and in hallways)and nothing is done about it.
The office staff only want to sit around and rent units then collect the rent. They do not want to deal with any problems or issues of any kind. You tend to feel like your on your own after you sign the lease.
Evereyone I know has an ants problem and you can read the other posts about the pools and the lighting.

I have had enough and I am leaving as soon as my lease is up.
