When my home sold in 5 days I needed a place to live and I did not want to rent an apartment overlooking a parking lot. Upon recommendation from my realtor, I looked at Bella Vida and found a fantastic 3 bedroom/3bath floorplan on the golf course. I have lived here since May of this year and love it! I have a great view, quiet location and fantastic neighbors. I feel like I am coming home each evening to a golf resort! Several of my neighbors say the same, so its not just me. I prefer this experience over a regular apartment community any day! If you are a social person, there is always the complimentary Friday or Saturday happy hours at the clubhouse and pool. I have met some great people and built new friendships. If you have pets, especially dogs, this is the place to live. It would be really cool, if the property owners would build a doggie park so we could let the dogs off their leashes every so often. Rent is not cheap, but its not too high either. Coming from a home, my utilities are more than 50% less, especially this summer. Overall, its been a great experience.

What is this? An infommercial? EVERYONE of my neighbors could not believe the horrible condition of the property and the horrible staff and up keep. This is either a false post or one of the few people that live there that don't see anything wrong - namely the people that don't get out much.

agree,gatesdown. I wonder how many resorts they have lived at. Oh yea, as far as happy hour and the pool parties, been there done that and it's crap...

I completely agree about the dog park. I might suggest that to management since they have always been so kind and caring about any concerns or suggestions that I have had. Anything they can do to make living there a more pleasant experience, they have done.

You have obviously been to some really crappy resorts because that is what this place is crappy!
