I currently live here, and its okay. most neighbors are friendly, and I feel safe. There are maintence issues on being timely, but if everyone is persistent maybe things will get done, its our money to live here!!! but It definately is not the worst place Ive lived. All issues Ive had are minor. I may or may not renew.

Yes it is that bad, if you want to feel safe and have a nice, clean, well kept place to live. Creepy is the only word to describe what that place has become. C-R-E-E-P-Y
