I live here at Bella Vida and love it. I moved from another apartment last year and have not run into half of the issues that i had.I'm reading all these reviews and think that everyone is entitled to their opinion but see them replied to by the same people over and over. Now theres nothing wrong with that except, golly i thought that this was a site to help with factual advice not revenge. Now to address some issues.Im at the pool every chance i get while its hot and iv'e met so many interesting and fun people that have also sold their houses that dont share the views found on this site. This pool is the best pool i have ever had, and on the weekends theres a happy hour''' I dont think that all the people swimming, drinking and having a good time are to worried! The apartment that i live in is awesome! I have my own garage and look at the golf course and I no longer have to call some one out and pay for my maintenance. My elecricity bill is about the same as my last place so theres no complaints there. We have all heard about of this site from someone (not mentioning name) that has admitted to writing here when something hasn't gone their way,and encouraged us to go on and back them up. Im not going to obviously and instead write what i really feel. i like it here and so does about everyone that i talk to. Y'all hopefully you will read this and not let a few bad apples spoil it for you. Of course there will be negative comments written about my review, probably from the person i mentioned above or maybey from the few that no longer live here.Im hoping this will Convince a few to come see why i like to come home.

Well, Did you (reviewer) just move from an apartment as you stated in the beginning of this review or a house as you referred to twice later in the review? I just turned in my notice, and while waiting for someone to help me - another resident told me about this site and how management posts positive reviews all the time. I just happened to read this review first - got a great laugh!

If that was an apartment.... and you just sold it...and had to call and pay for maint. Sounds like a bogus review to me! We prepay every month for our maint. It's called RENT. Only problem is they don't maint. the property very well.

guess what happy renter. i loved my apt and view also, it was the reason i moved into it. it was probaly the best view on the property.i could see clear pass the golf course on hunt to the houses on the hill back to coyote ridge club house across the street as far pass 121 n as the eye can see(the sunrise was beautiful in the am)and back to the neighborhood across hebron going towards the lanfil. the reason im not their anymore, electricity higher than my parents home, gates never secure, indoor court for the longest had no air, not enough lighting an alot of areas, pools were horrible, only the front office pools had codes r key entry, oh yeah the maint. took several trips to get the job done right.golf balls barely missing u while out walking, mix matched window panes, flooding... the list goes on. i belive you moved into a cappy place into another one. DID ANYONE NOTICE that most of the yes have one thing in commom? HAPPY HOUR AT THE POOL. HA! HA! HA!
