I don't even know where to start''' When I moved in this place was INFESTED with roaches and ants; took me months to eradicate them (with NO help from management).

My air conditioner stopped working in July; it took them a month to finally deal with it properly. The walls are paper-thin. The utility bills are thru-the-roof.
The neighbors are pretty much creepy drug-heads that drink beer, play music, and fight in the parking lots ALL NIGHT LONG.

I've lived here 2 years and have had 2 attempted break-ins. It is not an uncommon occurance for me to have to call the police because some random drunk person I don't know is banging on my front door in the middle of the night. I could go on and on and on, folks.

I moved here because I was a broke accounting student, and I didn't have enought to buy a house and these apts. seemed nice for the money. Well, now I've graduated, and I'm getting the hell out of this hole.

If YOU have a choice, I am telling you, don't walk, RUN from Bella Vida!!!!!!

You need to get over it. Do you read anything. there are mor ants the people in this world. As for roached we bring them in apt. Not the Managment.

I've never had a roach problem as long as I have lived here. I have had doodle bugs and one mouse. The old management team was in here promptly to help with the mouse. I haven't seen my friend since and it has been almost a year. :-) I grew up in a very nice area in a very nice home... we had mice due to new construction. So this really didnt' bother me much.
