Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
It was a wonderful place to live before Greystar took over. With one exception, the entire staff needs intensive customer service training and attitude adjustments. Responses to maintenance requests are slow. The caliber of tenant is on the decline. The gates now work, but the access gate is never closed during the day. There is no insulation. Drainage is poor; and on any given day where the temperature is below 90 there is 1 to 3 inches of standing water in front of my apartment.
