I was never so happy to leave a place in my life! Now, they're trying to make us pay over $1,0000 to replace the cheap carpet that came apart at the seems! We lived there over 2 years as per our lease!

2 years? And you thought you werent gonna have to replace the carpet? Thats pretty dumb on your behalf. Its an apartment, if you wanna keep the same carpet move to a house. I lved in my last apartment for 13months, and had to replace the carpet, big deal, get a better paying job and quit crying |

The carpeting in these units isn't worth $50.

I was so happy to move out of Bella Vida. Rats in the trash, men peeing on the trash cans, racoons roaming around, no lighting, gates never working -- SO HAPPY TO HAVE MOVED OUT!!!
