IF YOU OWE THEM $5 FOR THEIR MISTAKE THEY WILL BE ON YOUR BEHIND EVERY DAY TO GET THAT BUT WHEN THEY OWE YOU THEY WILL NOT RETURN ANY CALLS OR ATTEMPT TO DO ANYTHING. THEY OVER CHARGED ME AFTER I MOVED OUT AND THEY SAID IT WAS THEIR FAULT AND WAS GOING TO FIX IT. IT HAS BEEN OVER 7 MONTHS I HAVE CONTACTED THEM EVERY WEEK AND STILL YET TO SEE MY REFUND. I DON'T THINK I'LL GET A REFUND FROM THEM ANY TIME SOON. WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO SUE THEM FOR THIS.
