Currently the apartments are called Bella Vida not Mansions as is posted on the list. I have lived here for almost 2 years and have friends that have lived here for 3 years. These apt. homes haven't always looked like they do now.
Yes, new management(Harbor Management I think is the name of the new group...was Greystar) have come in and yes they are making improvements. They are starting with the outside. I feel perfectly safe living here or I wouldn't be living here.

I do however have problems with the appearance of some of the homes. Today I took a drive to see the new painted buildings and there was a truck sticking out of one of the homes/ garages with the door propt open on the bed of the truck. I also noticed several windows with blinds crooked to the point it looked like slum. This bothers me and I hope the new management comes in and cleans this up. Kick people out if need be. I blame old management/Greystar for allowing this to happen. They should of been more on top of things and watched more carefully who they were allowing to move in.
