I am currently still a resident at this hell hole. I moved in January 2004. The management was great and very kid oreinted. They had Sunday brunches and cookies for the kids after school. There was always complimentary coffee anytime of the day. The staff was great. Maintenance was excellent. The happy hours were great. There was always plenty of food for the residents. The sunbed and sauna stayed clean and working. The pools were great. Trash was not allowed to put out the night before trash day so the grounds were always free of trash. There grounds keepers were excellent. Our air quit working at 12am and the emergency line called a guy to come fix it right then. It was great. When Graystar took over things went down hill. The staff was rude. Maintenance was pathetic. The rent went up. Staff was very rude. Social events went down hill. They let people move in that The Mansions would have never let move in. The constable came to break up a party and started shooting his weapon in the air at 1am in the morning. It is crazy. These Harbor people came in and they are even worse. The eminities are crap. The social events aren't even worth going to. They don't promote any kind of resident mingling. The poor kids are treated as burdens. I am moving as soon as my lease it up. The place is up for sale again. This will be the third sale since I have lived here. This is definately not worth the money. The walls are very thin. The utility bills are high from poor insulation. This is really a money pit. DON'T DO IT PEOPLE.

I CONCUR,WITH THIS PLACE GOING DOWN HILL, I HAVE BEEN HERE ALSO FOUR YEARS, THIS PLACE LOOK LIKE A TRAILER PARK AND THE PROJECTS. I HAVE HEARD THEY ARE NOW ALLOWING SECTION 8 TO LIVE HERE. IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE US, DRIVE THROUGH AND LOOK, PEOPLE ARE IN THE POOL AREA ALL TIMES OF NIGHT, HAVE TRASH IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. THE GATE STILL DOES NOT WORK. THE POLICE ARE BEING CALLED OUT HERE MORE THAN EVER. WHEN I FIRST MOVED HERE IT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE QUALITY OF PEOPLE THAT LIVED HERE WAS DIFFERENT, SO IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD QUALITY NEIGHBORS, DONT LOOK HERE, I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE AND I PERSONALLY WILL BE CALLING THE POLICE FOR EVERY INCIDENT AND SUSPICIOUS LOOKING PEOPLE. I WILL HAVE TO SEE WHAT THE NEW MGMT DOES, CAUSE I SEE CREEPY PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE NOW. YOU WERE NOT ALLOWED TO PUT JUST ANYTHING ON YOUR PORCH OR IN THE GRASS, JUST TRASHY NOW. I ALSO AGREE THAT MAYBE THE PRIOR MGMT ALLOWED CERTAIN TYPE OF PEOPLE TO MOVE IN HERE RECENTLY. I WANT TO BE PROUD AND FEEL SAFE WHERE I LIVE, SO PLEASE TAKE CARE OF PROBLEM NEW MGMT.

First off this property is not going to be a section 8 property... I just called and verified this myself. Secondly why do you think the management has come in and started making all the changes they have thus far. They're trying to make improvements and make this a quality property. Look where we are living. The Coyote Ridge community is not going to allow section 8 if they have their way. Rain has postponed some of the work but with time I feel we will have the community we all want to live in. No one has to live here. It is certainly up to each individual. I, for one will remain here as long as I see changes for the good occurring.
Give the new management a chance. Things don't happen over night. The people I live around are very professional. I do have to say that the old management tended to allow younger crowds (no disrespect to some of the younger professionals... I'm referring to those that have no ambition) to move in. Honestly, in my opinion this is where the problem started occurring.
I agree with one poster, I do think if you find suspcious looking characters that you should call the police. I recently did and am proud to say that I did. I've lived in very nice houses/neighborhoods over the years and can say rift raft live everywhere.

Somebody call the waaambulance. Greystar let the most of the trash move in. And who the hell thinks the apartment staff is supposed to be the police too? The staff isnt responsible for domestic disputes. It's like calling your HOA and demanding help when you're being robbed in your home as opposed to the police. Bunch of titty babies living at Bella Vida. That's what people should truly be aware of.

You must be kidding me have any of you ever seen a project or a slum? I think not or you would know that you are full of s__t! I lived here for 2 years and moved at the end of July 07 not because of shady characters or my neighbors meth lab, which is BS! by the way. I moved because I was ready to move. Yes the gate has never worked and none of the hot tubs are ever actually hot, but your getting carried away. Do you really believe that they changed the criteria for renting after you moved in and that you are really better than the rest of these people? Because if so you are sad and diluded! Have any of you ever spoke to any of these so called undesirables? Let me help you. No you haven't! Because if you had you would know that they are just like everyone else. So please do us all a favor and keep your narrow minded views to you self and save this space for people with legitimate concerns.

Yes there was a meth lab in the back left corner of phase 1.
They guy had built a wall in the garage that had to be completly ripped down. They also allow people to have pitbulls here to.

you people are sitting here gripping about pitbulls and everything else and guess what its just a animal. Also I have lived here for 7yrs and yes things suck when managment changes for awhile but that happens anywhere you go even at you job so stop blaiming them for you being so damn whiny. Meth lab my ass yes there is drama that goes on here but there is drama anywhere you go. I have lived in really nice neighbor hoods in the $250 thousands and there is drama and cops there to. surprise suprise welcome to the real world. I agree with champain1968 i'm betting not one of you that is complaing has ever been to the projects and your basically just going by what you think is trash which isnt right. How someone looks does not make them trash or suspious especially if your looking at there color of there skin. And if you think that the people that live here are trash well look in the mirror cause you LIVED HERE TOO and I guess that would make you trash!!! My point is this place isnt trash and the people here are really nice if you would get to know them. Like I said I have been here 7yrs and dont plan on moving anytime soon.
