I just called and verified. Bella Vida is not going to be Section 8. Give the new group a chance to clean up the mess the past management team made. Greystar made the problems and I really think the new group is making efforts to give us a quality environment. New paint coming, new sidewalks, curbs, and even a gate are coming our way. Even in the rain I have seen people working on the property. New concrete in areas and cleaning gutters etc. I've never seen so much effort since I've lived here. This tells me improvements are coming our way. Just call and find out for yourself. Most of us even just got new garage doors. I really don't think they would put this much money into the property if they didn't want to restore the character and quality of the property. We live in the Coyote Ridge area. They will get these apartments back to snuff because the community will demand it.
