We have been living here for over ten months now and cannot wait to move out of here. The management sucks, the maintenance is sooooo slow with all requests, the apartment is next to a landfill on which they start working 5am every morning. Very noisy. The management does not take care of the exterior of the apartment even though we pay high rent. It looks like we live in the neighborhood of Harry Hines and not in a Luxury apartment. We found out about these issues after we moved in, they did not even mention about the landfill next to the apartment. Even worse, we even have neighbors that are so noisy and have two big dogs downstairs. We live by the golf course and have a nice view but it stinks so bad as they don t pick up the dog poop, so that we do not even want to sit outside on the patio.

have you ever BEEN to Harry Hines? I doubt it. And, in case you didn't notice, there have been many changes in the exterior of the complex lately, ie the landscapers and painters. Perhaps you should look for a house, b/c you clearly will be disappointed at any apartment complex, not just this one...geez...

Champain1968 sounds very much like management. I only know of 1 landfill that has apartments around it and that's the one by us. It has three apartments. The very first management company that had this place wasn't all that great, but these other companies make them look perfect in comparison. When you pay this kind of rent, and are sold on "luxury". Asking for the things we ask for is not unreasonable. So geez champain... you need to learn how to work an A property... so this property can gain that status again.

Unfortunately, you're exactly right about the landfill...when we moved in (just as the 1st management company was building the place), NOBODY said anything about the landfill, with one person even denying that the "smell WE noticed...hint...NOBODY ELSE) was prominent. We never sat on the terrace because of it
