I have been here for roughly 9 months now and here is what I have seen:
1. The gates worked for only two days so far, the gate clicker they sold me for $30 however, did not.

2. Since the re-painting the complex looks much nicer, although I did complain about a port-o-potty and a dumpster...week later the dumpster is gone...potty isn't.

3. The staffing in the office has absolutely no interest in speedy service. On four occasion I have visited the office to either ask a Q or pick up a package...avg wait time 18 minutes. I would understand if it seemed as if they were truly busy but the last two times sealed the deal for me. The girl was busy having a social discussion(I could hear them) and opened the office ten minutes late bc of it. Another time I waited half an hour because the two employees each had someone in front of them. One of the girls was only watching a future resident read over his papers, all she had to do was notice me and spend twenty seconds to get my mail.

4. Had a snake in my garage...apt doesn't deal with snakes, neither does pest control apparently unless its three feet or more(mine was only two feet).

5. A/c has gone out three times, been repaired same day each time(pleasantly surprised)

6. Noise is not an issue

7. Parking is not an issue

8. There is an influx of lower class individuals whose idea of proper public behavior is less than satisfactory.

9. nobody picks up dog poo

10. electric bills kinda high

Overall I give this place a 6. I will consider renewing my lease next year, but the office staff and the degenerates that are moving in have me pausing to make that call.

I LIVED THERE FOR A FEW YEARS AND MOVED OUT RECENTLY. IT IS NOTHING BUT A REPAINTED OVERPRICED SLUM. 1. PROPERTY MOSTLY HAS RESIDENTS WHO ARER DRUG DEALERS, USERS, AND PROSITUTES. I AM SERIOUS. YOU CAN NOTICE PEOPLE DURING THE DAY WHO DONT HAVE DAY JOBS HAVING TONS OF VISITORS WHO GO INTO THE APARTMENTS AND COME OUT QUICKLY,HAPPIER OR REDRESSING THEMSELVES. WHEN I MENTIONED THIS TO ONE OF THE APARTMENT STAFF, THEY ADMITTED TO HAVING ALREADY BEEN MADE AWARE OF SOME OF THE ACTIVITY, BUT DIDNT KNOW WHAT THE POLICE WHERE DOING ABOUT THEM. 2. THE POOL IS ALWAYS FILTHY AND HALF THE PEOPLE AT THE POOL DONT EVEN LIVE THERE. ONE NIGHT MY WIFE AND I CAME ACROSS SOME TEENAGERS HAVING SEX IN THE COMMON ROOM BY THE WEIGHT ROOM ON THE FLOOR, AND THEY DIDNT EVEN STOP OR SEEM TO CARE. 3.YOU WILL ALSO SEE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE GARAGES OF THEIR APARTMENTS WHICH THEY HAVE SET UP AS BEDROOMS OBVIOUSLY TO RENT OUT TO OTHER PEOPLE NOT LISTED ON THE LEASE PROBALEY FELONS. 4. ONE OF THE FORMER ASSITANT MANAGERS ONE NIGHT AT THE POOL WAS ASSAULTED AND THE POLICE REPONSE BEING THAT THEY GET SO MANY CALLS ON THE PROPERTY TOOK FOREVER TO ARRIVE. 5.YOUR BILLS WILL BE HIGH SINCE THE FORMER OWNER "MARCUS" WHO USED TO HAVE ORGIES WITH COUPLES WHO WERE SWINGERS AT THE CLUBHOUSE NEVER ALLOWED ANY MAJOR REPAIRS TO GO FORWARD. ( HE HIMSELF LIVED ON THE PROPERTY AND HAD A LIVE IN FINNISH UNDER AGE PROSITUTE LIVING WITH HIM, I.E. EXAMPLE OF THE TYPE OF PERSONS WHO OWNED THE PROPERTY, GREYSTAR THE FORMER MANAGEMENT COMPANY WERE OF THE SAME CLASS) 6.SEVERAL CRACK PROSTITUES HAVE BEEN SEEN BY RESIDENTS AND NEARBY HOMEOWNERS TO BE CANVASING THE AREA FOR BUSINESS ( JOHNS ) BY WALKING UP AND DOWN HUNT DRIVE LATE AT NIGHT SINCE ITS SO DARK(NO LIGHTS,WIDE OPEN GATE, THUS EASY ACCESS AND PLENTY OF BUSINESS FROM THE MALE RESIDENTS AND NO POLICE. 7.SEVERAL RESIDENTS WENT TO THE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN NOT TOO LONG AGO BECAUSE THE MORNING AFTER SOME WILD SEXUAL PARTY AT THE POOL ( SEEN BY WITNESSES ) SEVERAL CHILDREN WENT SWIMMING AND SOON AFTERWARDS GOT THE CLAP ( CLAMEDIA ) AND ALSO CRABS. THIS IS JUST SOME OF THE EXAMPLES OF THE DECANDENT BEVAVIOR AT BELLA VIDA/FORMERLY MANSIONS AT COYOTE RIDE, THEIR ARE MANY PROPERTIES IN DALLAS WHICH ARE NOT THIS DISGUSTING EXCEPT MAYBE OAK CLIFF. PS, THEY NEVER CHARGED 30 DOLLARS FOR A GATE OPENER FOR ANYONE EVER BEFORE. WHY PAY TO ENTER HELL FOR ANY MONEY.

Just moved out the best thing you can do is vist at night the smell of the dump and critters will tell you what you need to know run as fast as you can they all lie to you
