Harbor Group is still on the quest to make living at Bella Vida a GREAT EXPERIENCE. They have come in and started cleaning house. Pools drained and resurfaced, new office furniture, added new gym equipment, giving the apartments fresh coat of paint (face lift), and NOOOOOW, what has seem to be a problem for a very long time, THE GATES NOW HAVE AN OPERATION DATE!!!. Old remotes have been collected and new one have been passed out for the new system.
This management company has done soooooooo much since they have come in and taken over. The staff is VERY FRIENDLY AND GREET YOU WITH A SMILE. BELLA VIDA IS COMING BACK UP!!! THANKS AGAIN HARBOR GROUP MANAGEMENT!!! :) A

THIS PLACE IS HIGHLY OVERRATED. NOT ONLY HAVE THEY MOVED TONS OF LOW LIFES IN HERE THAT STEAL FROM YOU ... THEY DO NOT KEEP UP THE GREEN, AND LOW ON WATER, NOT WORKING HOT TUBS OR POOLS. THERE IS A CONSTANT INFESTATION OF ROACHES. THEY ARE INCONSIDERATE AND NON-COMPIANT IN THE OFFICE. THE NEW OWNERS THAT TOOK OVER ARE THE VERY WORST OF ANY IN THE LAST 5 YEARS ...

I'm sorry but this is absurd. I have lived here almost 3 years and trust me when I say ...I've never seen a roach. My yard is always kept up nice and I've never been stolen from. There has been some problems with the gate but the gate has had some major problems in the past and the new ownership has come in and replaced this system. Up and running on the 7th of November. :-)
As for the office I've never had any problems with any of the management groups personally. Matter of fact this new group is quick to come and make repairs. I've never been disappointed.

obviously an employee of harbor wrote the comments not a resident, only question I have is why none of them live on the property.About that sad slum, that place is trashy, full of drug dealers, and looks pathetic with the bad paint job also dont forget its next to a huge landfill. Impressive.

Yes, it was obviously written by management because I certainly don't have a new remote yet! This means I have to enter the code in the cold, rainy weather. The office doesn't care and can't do a thing - they only order a few remotes at a time and there is a 2 week wait. I DO NOT CARE about the pools (don't use them) or the paint job, but being able to get to my house comfortably would be nice!
There is also a HUGE problem with noise, with idiots screaming outside, skateboarding and playing ball. The office does nothing about noise complaints. It is a parking lot down there, not a park, and when higher quality people used to live here, they realized that.
This is the worst management ever. Many of the shrubs and bushes are looking like crap also, falling over and dying.
Who gives a damn about office furniture - don't raise my rent to buy yourself a chair! FIX things for me!

As an observer, it is facinating to hear such discrepency between the comments of 11/03/07 and the one from 12/09/07. How can this be? Maybe one faces the golf course away from the landfill and noise, and the other not? confusing to say the least. I have met three of the Staff and all were plesant enough; Andrea and Stacy specfically. So is ones expectations out of line, or is the other out of the fray?
