Bella Vida at Coyote Ridge formerly Mansions at Coyote Ridge

I lived here for two and a half years. My wife loved living on the wooded side, so I sucked it up, paid that high rent, and stayed. Finally, after tearing my achilles while playing basketball on that "dead" floor with no heat in February, I had had enough! It's great to tell people you live on a golf course, but I never used my free rounds. In fact, I didn't play there until a year after I'd moved away. I had drunken neighbors knock on my door at 3 in the morning, a messy / stinky trash compressor only a few feet away (which they failed to inform my wife was there when she rented the place while I was on a business trip), and all kinds of wild, young, partying neighbors (no - not the racoons). Overall, it was a nightmare considering the financial cost!! Oh - and there was a murder while we lived here - check the police logs....
