I've lived at the Bella Vida apartments for 2 years. The parking does suck. Overall though, it's a very nice place to live. The apartments are well insulated against any noise. The 2 bed, 2 bath which I have is spacious and feels more like a townhouse than an apartment. Security is very good and, after a management change, the maintenance is pretty good.

Dish Network came by today and told me they had to put the dish in the front yard, along with the apt sign, etc, plus put wiring up the stairs and into the apt. I'm not happy with that. Another issue, apparently, most people who live here, that have dogs are used to living in a trailer park. I hope I catch a dog using the bathroom on my lawn. I don???t care how cute it is, it???s going to get its ass kick out in the street if I catch it pooping on my lawn. Cars or no cars coming. I wish there was such a thing as a NO DOG apartment complex.

I agree. It's more damn dogs living here than people. And as far as the parking, everyone has a garage. Why are you having problems parking? Stop using your garage as a storage and park your car there.

There are no dog apartment complexes. All over actually. Although, I own a dog, I have this nice little contraption on my leash that carries the bags that I use to clean up after her. Not all dog owner's are irresponsible.
