I have mild feeling about this apartment complex. On the one hand, it is very quiet. The ground for the most part are clean. They water the grass ALL THE TIME, even when it is raining. This makes the grass very GREEN!!
I live in a town house. The window in the hallway is very large, which makes the hall very hot and causes your electric bill to be high in the summer.
The maintenance is kinda slow. There was a sewage line that busted in our building and it smelt pretty bad outside. There were things bubbling up from the gound from the pipe, which did not get cleaned up. It was nasty.
Our rent price is pretty good especially for the space we have. The rooms are huge! But the place is kind of old. The walls don't keep foreign smells out, so if you don't like the smell of curry EVERYDAY of your LIFE, don't move here. It's like working in an indian restuarant, and not getting to leave. We stopped eating at home and watching TV downstairs to escape the smell. But if you like curry, you'll LOVE living here!
