I am currently living in this apartment. The response to residents problem given by Briarcrest management is extremely poor.
They promise you a lot before the apartment is hired, but is very slow to get off thier feet to complete their promises. Thye laos verbally abuse their residents, for thier choices, which is not a good feeling while you are living there. Further they do not give out contact information of their management, fearing that residents will complaint about their poor behaviour.

I would rate the service of this group at 2 in a scale of 10. Try other areas, before taking this place, you are risking comfort of your life.
