I lived in my previous apartment for 7 years and moved here because I wanted something newer. Well this is newer but, along with new comes new construction problems. Plugged up sewer was one of them. We have had good service from the maintainance person. Some of the office personal are top notch some are not, one has an attitude problem. I had one problem in which I had to go to the head office and the problem was solved to my satisfaction.
I too have a noisy neighbor at times. it would seam that there is not enough insulation between apartments to offset the noise. The neighbor will however, turn down the stereo when asked. I have found that the people that live here are nice and for the most part my experience here has been good. I wasn't here under the previous ownership, I am not necessarily young, and I have lived in various apartments for a lot of years and so far I feel that this is an apartment complex that has some good points which outweigh the minuses. Home ownership has it's share of problems too. (home owners associations etc.) It's just part of life.
