Do not move here. Management is extremely insensitive to the needs of the tennants. I was told I would get a remote when I moved in for the gate. Then it turns out they ran out and now I have to order one and pay for it. People leave trash by their doors for days without removing it, management has no idea what covered parking spot belongs to whom (and you pay $25 a month) and everyone parks wherever they want (never seen a tow truck on the property either). Trash accumulates over the week-end in the one and only trash compactor making the property stink. A radio was kept blaring for 24 hours a day in the apartment next to mine (it's a model)for a week. When I reported it, the staff had the nerve to tell me it wasn't that loud and I'm the one loosing sleep! They turned it "down" 2 days later. It happened again last night and I called the Police but they said they could not do anything because no one lives in that apartment. I went to the office again today to complain and I was again told it was not that loud and that it would be turned off tonight. If they were really concerned, they would go and turn it off right away!!! They are so rude!!! Living here has been a nightmare so far! I would not recommend this property to anyone. This property is a problem waiting to happen.
