We had an ant problem, a horrible ant problem in the summer. We had fire ants crawling all over the couches, countertops, etc. I called the office, they said that they sprayed our apartment the day before, but my husband was there all day, because his car was in the shop. They contended that they did, but they would come out the next week, because they "only spray on Mondays". My nine-month-old daughter is a crawler, and she had bites all over her. My son would not walk in the apartment wihtout shoes because he was so afraid. I called them every day, and they only responded whne I threatened to sue them for breach of contract because of sub-standard living conditions. I like the community, but the office staff is ridiculous. Also, unless you rent a covered parking spot or garage (which we have), there is no place to park.
