Cambria's management is full of rattlesnakes. If you go in with a complaint once you become a part of the community, you get nothing but hissing and rattling of their tails. They cover up their wrongdoing with lies. You cannot go beyond them to the corporate office because the corporate office is not available. Do they really exist' Only in your nightmares' Where is all that rent money going that people pay' It certainly isn't being invested in the property. At Cambria, trash is your constant companion and dog poop abounds. In my experience, they are willing to move anyone into this community that they can. They are that desperate! Dope and police. Broken gates. I even found management parking in my paid parking space. Nice! We had a wonderful neighbor that stored several months worth of trash in the extra closet flowing with maggots and the smell! The management office must not care about trash. After months of observation, it appears that this complex cannot afford their trash compactor service. Don't ever talk to management on the phone. They like to put you on hold and have another person pick up your call to try to confuse the heck out of you. The corporate office is unresponsive and obviously greedy. USA CAMBRIA LLC owns Cambria, but they don't care about you.

Here's the full contact info for this worthless apartment complex. I doubt that one will get better response anyway.
