I lived at Cambria for over a year. The apartment itself was very nice. However, the management could not keep up with the rent amount. They were always sending me late notices when my rent was always paid in advance. I had a lease price yet they always wanted to charge me the full price of the apt.
If you exspect help and understanding from the management you will not get it.
The trash is the worse problem ever. The dog poop, and the gate has been broken forever.
They have let anyone in, the noise and drunks. They say as long as they can pass the credit check they can move in... What credit check are they running...
No-one cares about your issues and if you call you will get the run around and or a promiss, yet noone ever remembers taking the call.
I would not recommend these apts to anyone. I work for a large company and I tell everyone to STAY AWAY....
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
