Your carpet will smell like dog urine when you move in. They will rent you a garage that belongs to someone else! Don't plan on receiving packages from the USPS. They lose them in the closet in their office and tell you to go to the post office. The post master has to drive out there to dig through the closet and find packages! Tenants don't stay long so your neighbors will be new every 6 months. None of the office workers are on the same page so if you ask the same question to 2 different office workers, expect multiple answers. There are very large, vicious dogs who roam freely on the property and deficate everywhere despite leash laws. Dog feces abound! Used condoms around pool area in the mornings. Loud, wild pool parties 4-5 AM. Trash all over grounds. Tenants working on cars and leaving parts in parking area. Don't plan on getting all of your security deposit back!

I totally agree with this... this place is awful... rude neighbors... don't they check these people out anymore...they sure checked me out.... I can't wait to get out of here... oh yeah... how about the hostage situation... good checks on people... huh.... I'm not one to be racial, but come on.... how many can you let into one apartment complex.... plus an 18 wheeler...and junk on patios that look like good will...
