Our apt. was great at first. We loved the floorplan and location. Once we moved in we could not get help from the office for ANYTHING. When you call you get "I don't know, you'll have to speak to the mgr" from every dummy who answers the phone. Turnover in the staff is VERY high - there is literally a new person there every time I call. The trash situation is terrible. There's one dumpster and it's always overflowing. No trash service so have fun hauling your own. They don't clean the breezeways EVER, there is a dirty Qtip in the lawn by the stairs that has been there for month. I step in dog poo almost every time I walk down to my car. Parking is getting bad. I was promised a garage when we first moved in but every time I called to follow up on it I got the "I don't know, call back" and then they ran out of garages and spaces. We're ready to move out of here.
