I lived in these apartments for one year exactly until I was relocated to Houston by my company. I must say that I never had any problems with mgmt., but then again I am pretty easy to please. I never had a problem with parking because I had a garage and assigned covered parking. If you move here then I recommend that you get at least one or you won't be parking near your building. The girl that lives above me bounces around like a water buffalo but she usually goes to bed early. This place has the same problems all apartments have but overall it's not that bad. If you want to get away from apartment problems, buy a townhome.
