I moved into this apartment complex about a month ago. I had a few maintenance requests and they were responded too and completed very quickly. The ladies in the office are very nice and always helpful. The electricity company screwed up my order and they helped me get ahold of them on a Saturday. The people who complain about this place are the same ones with trash and dirt collecting outside their doors and junk stored on their balconies. You can hear the other tenants above you, but you live in an apartment - what do you expect' Everyone here is nice, polite and helpful. The schools are excellent around here, shopping is plentiful and when the road construction is done, driving will be a breeze!
