the management was terrible. they are always changing management it seems like every 6 months. we lived there for 2 1/2 years and they changed management and staff 4 times. we had problems with getting things fixed in our apt. for these apts to be about 4 yrs old we started getting roaches from another unit, we had leaky pipes in the walls, mold, noisey neighbors, aggressive dogs, the list goes on and on. they are beautiful apt and a great area, just very poor management. we always had to hound them to get things done and when we moved we still did get our problems fixed. they only care about getting paid not the residents. one good note...the care team, anna and derek are wonderful people.
