I have lived here for just over a year, and haven't had any issues I would call "major". Sure, there have been some minor things (crickets, fan squeaking, toilet leaking) etc, but the maintenance staff has always been very expedicious in getting these things repaired - again, no big deal.

I've never had a problem with management, I've learned you can always catch more flys with honey...

The only complaint that I have is that my neighbors upstairs walk very loudly... I know their work schedules, because I can hear them slam the door and walk around the apartment... It's an annoyance, but nothing the management can do about it.

All in all, this is a great place to live, in a really great location. I would recommend anyone to come live here @ Cambria.
