Everything is fine and dandy until you move in. Management changes constantly and what you were told once has now changed because "We have new management now!" The trash compactor is always overflowing and disgusting. A burnt car sat in a parking spot for over a week. The gates rarely work and the apartments themselves fall apart soon after you move in. These apartments may look nice but they are definitely not worth the price.

That car has been removed from the complex for 6 months. Blame your nasty neighbors for the compactor trash sitting out there instead of in the bin where it belongs. If people would quit running into the gates when they are trying to squeeze through maybe they wouldn't be a problem? And if you recall, the gates are usually fixed within 24 hours of them breaking. I've never had a problem with the office and I see them on a regular basis with having to pick up packages, etc. I'm trying to figure out what exactly is falling apart in your apartment...Perhaps if you put in a work order to the office they might help you out with it. Or, here's an idea...take better care of the things you have in your apartment...(gotta love people who simply whine instead of find a solution to the problem)

I have lived here since January 07 and they still have the same problems mentioned in this post. The trash compactor is always full during the weekends and the gates are broken quite often. There have been many times that a gate was out of operation for more than 24 hrs. The apartment itself is great though. I have never had anything major broken in my apartment. The couple of problems I have had, maintenance were quick to fix. Manangement changes quite often also. It has changed 3 or 4 times in the 1 1/2 yrs I've lived here.
