I lived at Cambria and boy am I glad I got out. I lived there for 4 years. Everyone in the office changed at least 5 or 6 time and every one of the managers had a different way of doing things. Most of the people will be charged for between $750.00 to $10000.00(one case I know of) when they move out. In our case it was a little above the lower amount. They wanted to charge us for carpet(normal wear and tear), paint(normal wear), ---- roaches(they rent to anyone with the money) and everything else they could think of. As I have lived in apartments for years and I have a daughter in management I consulted with her and refused to pay their exorbitant fees. They do not have a fee schedule and they cannot produce a cost to fix anything. They just charge whatever they think they can get away with. For the price it isn't worth it!
