Lived there from Nov 2000 to Nov 2002. What a waste of money! Upon move in the apt was filthy, promises to clean it up and put up blinds took 2 weeks of repeated complaining, carpet was never cleaned and had no choice but to move in. Financial circumstances kept me there through the HUGE cockroach problem (they were everywhere even in the beds)and people at the playground way past midnight. Gunshots and fighting were also heard in the middle of the night. My son had 2 bikes stolen off the upstairs balconey even though they were chained up. Every lease renewal was signed only 2-3 months later getting notices of partial rent due to living on a month to month basis as they said I had never turned in my lease. Still after moving out they are trying to charge me almost $2000 for various reasons: rent due, replacing carpets (I had bought my own carpet to put down because there's was so filthy), too numerous to mention. Please do not make this mistake you will be sorry.
