I cannot wait to get out of these apartments. To start things off, when we went to look at the apartments, they showed us an updated clean model...saying the other units were the same but the cabinets were brown...not painted like the updated units. The day came that we were to move in, and the office staff would not give us a key or a walk-thru of our apartment before we signed the lease! We signed... entered our apartment and were flabergasted by the utter filth of the unit. The cabinets were not just lacking white paint as the leasing agent said... they were literally rotting off of the hinges! The a/c started leaking less than one week after we moved in... that was a year ago and it still has not been fixed. There always seems to be a problem with plumming... which by the way ... they didn't even bother to replace the rotten wooden toilet seats before we moved in! We now have water damage leaking into our apartment from the unit above us. The staff is not only not friendly... but downright rude. Not to mention that we were continually harrassed by a drug-addict that lived one building over from us. He ended up catching his apartment on fire and passing away. This happened over 6 months ago and the complex has yet to fix, or even clean up that unit! I would definately not recommend this complex to anyone! I will never live in another Dalcor Property! Save yourself the trouble that I had to go thru!
