I have had repeated problems in the 2 years that I have lived here. I have asked to have things fixed and have been put off. I was told after asking to have my a/c fixed that it would only cool to 10 degrees less than the ambient temp outside so when it is 100 outside it is still 90 in my apartment. I have never had hot water in the guest bathroom sink. I asked to have the master bathroom sink fixed because it was leaking and into the cabnet they said I needed a new sink, 6 months later, it still has not been fixed. My electric bills are outrageous because my apartment leaks air like a sieve. The paint is popping off my kitchen counters. The management changes here faster than the residents. I am currently looking for another property to move into and there is one guarantee, I will NOT be moving into another Dalcor property.
This is only to mention a very few of the problems.
