I have lived here for four years only because the rent is cheap and the living space is large, other than that I could not recommend these apts. The office personal usually doesn't know what is going on. The come and go as they please, leaving for the day anytime they please. Check the landscaping in the rear of the complex if you would like to check by building 15, you will see the huge 4" wide cracks where this complex never gets irrigated.
If you have an emergency good luck. I have had a couple in my time at this complex, once I came home to find a sliding door broken out and my curtains flapping in the wind. I usually get home between 430 PM and 530 PM. This time around I arrived at 430 PM. I entered the apt. thinking my stuff was going to be missing. Luckily it was not. I called in to the office to have a tech come board up the window, I am not unreasonable and I knew this could be fixed the next day or maybe even later on that week. Well after calling every 30 mins until 600 PM and being assured that a tech was on his way, I found that the office closed and no one was ever dispatched. I called the emergency tech which didn't arrive until 800 PM and finally after an hour hr found another sliding door and replaced it, it was for the wrong side, and didn't open but I didn't care. At least no one could just walk in to the apt.
I found my smoke detector was not working and called it in, it was replaced the next day, but the tech had crossed some wires and my living room didn't have any power. Again I arrived after work and asked the office person to have the tech return to repair the problem, after arguing with me that this was a different problem and now I would have to wait another day or two for the tech to return I caught the maintenace tech in the office and had him come with me so he could fix the problem.
Don't have a flooding problem on the weekend because the maintenace dept doesn't have a wet/dry vac and the carpet peson won't go out until that following monday. Luckily when this happened to me I had a freind with a wet/dry vac and a carpet cleaener and I ended up doing about an hour worth of work myself, which I charged to the complex, they weren't happy but when the maint tech gave his side to the story they knew I was not lying.
