I saw the model and the rent was good price so I signed a contract without looking for reviews prior. The day I was moving in there were 10 people in the office for different problems that had not been resolved in weeks, some months. Well I though they might just be very picky people, I found out other wise. My apartment was not painted till the day I moved in and there was a hole in the wall that the said it would be replaced that Monday, it was not. There were several things wrong I found with the apartment when I moved in including the toilet was not working and there was an ac leak and other minor things. This was not fixed after I called the office every day for 3 weeks until I went to the office and gave them a written request signed and dated as my second notice in writing. They went the next day after my carpet had been soaked by the leak. I have been waiting the move out ever since and my lease is finally up this month. I will be moving out and I have never been so happy to move before. O and if you have children especially babies the train normally will wake them up and it comes by a couple times at night and in the mornings too. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER!!

I'm happy that your lease has ended. I just moved out last Thursday, and I still had problems with them. The new apartments that I was moving into faxed a rental verification sheet to them and they never completed it. Needless to say the NEW apartments wanted to charge me an additional $600.00 because they couldn't verify my rental history. The lazy bastards NEVER fax the sheet back to my new apartments and I know they received it because I spoke to someone in the leasing office and they stated that they had gotten it but had not had a chance to complete it. Get out and don't look back.

Ha ha! Wow! I just moved out too! The office staff is horrible and very insensitive! I was assaulted by my ex in my own apartment and I moved and got my move paid for by victims assistance and suzanne the head manager I guess tried to make it hard for me to get another apartment by saying I was breaking my lease. If you're a victim of domestic violence and u have to move...you cannot be penalized for breaking your lease. Im going to find out when the court date is when they try to take me to court and win. I have so many people to back me up. They also locked me out of my apt and when I tried to tell suzanne that its a safety issue and that I don't need to be locked out...she said she didn't care and hung up on me! What a b***h! Her and that claudia girl that works in the office are rude and just plain unproffesional! They wanted to get on to me about my dog but Claudia was living in the apartment with a pit bull! Pitt bulls are not allowed! They wanted to act like they abide by rules but they let their own office personnel break them. They never wanted to fix my a/c and heater but they were so quick to put a notice on your door if you still had your halloween decorations up two days after halloween or you're drying a wet broom outside your door. Im so glad im out of there! I found a MUCH MUCH better place! Oh and please excuse all my grammatical errors or misspellings... Im typing this from my sidekick. Do not move here!
