I am glad my friend told me about Apt Ratings.com. I have read all of the reviews and those people are crazy! I have been here since 2005. I watched the worst owners ever not take of this place to the current owners now totally redo this place!! In the past it was hard to get maintenance to fix anything right but now they all seem anxious to take care of us. The office staff is now friendlier (much better than before).I think sometimes they are mean when it comes to trash outside your door but these are their rules. I like living here and will recommend to my friends x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I am glad somebody had a great experience, but to call the people crazy for listing their bad experience is not fair. I'm sure you may have had bad experiences before with other businesses, that others may not have had a bad experience with. ARE YOU CRAZY????? I should think not.
I am one of those people who listed a BAD review, this is what I went thru, and I'm far crazy...I just know where I want to live and how I want to live and it certainly was not like that. I'm glad that you think that everything there is o.k. after all you are the one who has to live there. As for me, I've been gone for a while now. But before you resort to labeling people for their opinions (whether you agree or not) remember opinions are like -------S and everybody's got one!!!! It don't mean you should label those people any other way but tenants who had a bad experience. Speak for yourself from now on!!!!

Wow. 3 complimentary reviews in one week-end. Sounds like someone is trying to clean their name. cough. cough. the current management. I lived at these apts. for 3 years, only because the rent was cheap and I was my own handyman so I could fix my own maint. problems. I don't think the maint. guys fixed one thing right during the time I was there, and the office personal was a joke.
