I just moved here from Miami Florida and I leased an apt at Carrollton Oaks sight unseen. When I arrived I was a little hesitated to move in. But after I dealt with the office staff and meet some of my neighbors I was glad I chose Carrollton Oaks as my new home. Even the maintenance staff was friendly and willing to go above and beyiond their call of duty. I would receommend everyone I know to live here

You just got there, give it a month or two then you'll be editing your response. I rented sight unseen as well and was ok for awhile, then it turned terrible...

Yea this review and the last three sound like the staff... they all seem to say "I would recommend this place to my friends" Yea right!!!
