The inside staff, meaning Susan...is great. She does everything she can to make your life a little better. We had a problem with the upstairs neighbors and she kindly arranged a meeting where we could talk. Although we never got along with those neighbors, it made it possible to keep the situation amicable until they moved.

Sadly, some of the rest of the staff in office (Claudia & Minnie) are impolite, unhelpful, and do not deliver messages. If you have a real problem, just talk to Susan. She really does try. So while I did not rate the office staff highly, it truly only applies to those 2 previously named. It is just so hard to get past them sometimes. I'd give Susan a 5 for effort for sure.

The maintenance guys are great! They are busy and it takes them a while to get to you. They can't always fix everything right away, but you will find that a lot of times they go out of their way to do something for you. At least that is what we have found.

Sheet rock repair.....is a mess....but they make them do it till it's right....

The parking is ok....there is enough, but sometimes you have to park a ways away. No reserved parking.

It can be kinda noisy, our upstairs neighbors were horrible. You can here the water when it comes on, which is normal. If you have decent neighbors you are ok. Otherwise, it's pretty quiet.

Safety, is ok. I have lived here with my husband for 2 1/2 years. No break-ins or car theft...knock on wood. There was a little vandalism at the pool and weight room, but nothing major. The outside lighting is on for the most part, but not always. And the gates don't always close...partially, I am sure, because the people who lived in this complex before it's new owners we used to the gates always being open, so people used to jack with the gates. They definitely function more often though.

The construction of the building is ok. The buildings are old and the apartments are slowly being renovated and updated. There is not much insulation and the windows and doors are a little drafty. Overall, it is sturdy though...I'm not worried about it falling in. =0P

Overall, this place is ok. It has it benefits and negatives. I will probably be here till my kiddo is out of high school in about 3 years, as long as the rent stays reasonable for my budget. Of course...then I would like a house.

If you have any problems....just talk to Susan...you'll love her and you'll love the maintenance guys too...they are so friendly.

As for recommendations...sure...come live here...as long as Susan is running it...you will have someone who works for you, not against you
it's relatively quiet and undisturbed.....
If Susan leaves....I guarantee you nothing...you are on your own

I'm so sorry you have to subject yourself's to that. When I lived there it was just as horrible...sad to say NOTHING changed. I really hate to see you in that predicament. I know moving can be a real pain in the butt and expensive. I know a way you can get away with little or no money. If you are interested, please send me an email @veedollthadiva@yahoo.com.

Susan is just a plain -----! She locked me out of my apartment a few weeks after I had just been assaulted by my daughter's father, when it was a safety issue cause he could have come back...I was trying to move. I had to sit in someone else's apartment until Someone came and unlocked my door. I called Susan on her cellphone, because somehow the neighbor had her cell number...and she proceeded to tell me she didn't care about my safety, it wasn't her problem, and that maintenance would be by in a few HOURS to unlock my apartment. Supposedly maintenance lived on property. She's a heartless -----. I had to go stay in a battered women's shelter, and she KNEW my ex assaulted me and put me in the hospital, and she STILL put on my record that I broke my lease. Plain -----!
