The management of this apartment complex is very inexperienced. The renter is treated like a nusance. Matters which are brought up to the management are brushed aside with the hope that both the renter and problem will go away with time. Careful consideration should go into the decision to rent from this complex. There are other properties in the area which have more to offer. Also, walls are very thin in this complex. This will be a problem if you are a light sleeper and if you are on the bottom floor.
