Well I have been living at Edentree for almost 2 years now and have really never had a roach problem, thank GOD. I had a few very small ones here and there, but who doesn't' Nothing like where I'd be scared to sleep at night. I have never had problems with management either. One time my check bounced for rent and management (Dawn) didn't make me pay a fee. I thought that was very nice. Although, I'm not renewing my lease it has nothing to do with hating it here. I want a newer place and I'm getting 2 roommates. I'm not happy with cars being broken into here, but luvkily mine hasn't been hit. Knock on wood, my last few months here. The walls are very thin here. The person who lives above me keeps me up all night just from walking and my fairly new neighbor likes to play his techno musico on high until I finally had to go yell at him. I moved here right when I first moved to the DFW area and I would say Edentree is a great place to start at. The rent is reasonable and to me maintanence is on top of things.
