Please understand that the rent is only the start of the monthly costs you will pay for living here. Management has totally abdicated their cost containment responsibilities and instead decided to just figure out new ways every month to add additional "fees" to your bill. Their utility billing is allocated to include their water wastage and is always several times the amount you could possibly use in a month. There is no way you can predict the amount of your bill because they refuse to provide the details needed to calculate it. In effect, there is no management here; only "agents" who use the same techniques as was recently attributed to unscrupulous mortgage brokers to lure the unsuspecting into open-ended "contracts" and expose renters to commitments to pay whatever they decide to stick you with. Honest and trust have gone the way of the dodo bird with this new "management."
