I lived there for a year, it was the worst year of my life.
I soon noticed that I was the only white person living on the property(All Hispanic),
because my neighbors only had derogatory things to say about me in spanish,and very sexually explicit things to my girlfriend in english, to the point where she would not come on the property.There is LOTS of gang activity and blatant,out in the open drug use and sales. My driver side window was smashed and my cd player was stolen,the mirrors on both sides of my car were broken off and now are attached by duct tape,they have tried to pull my sattelite dish down more times than I can count,and thats only outside.
Inside, whenever it rains more than an inch,the patio fills with water and floods the inside of the apartment, I have been attacked by swarm of termites that looked like something out of the bible, my bathroom upstairs was leaking into the downstairs closet and I could not get them to fix it until some expensive movie memorabilia was damaged and there was green mold all over the carpet,as of my move they still had not repaired ANY damage from the termites or the flooding which started MONTHS before!!!!!
And if anyone doubts me I have ALOT of polaroids pictures of all the damage.
I would recommend going to prison or being homeless before living in this God awful place.

o.k. couldn't you tell by looking at this apt complex that it was the ghetto. Come on, your either real blind or stupid. These apts are in the middle of the unsavory part of carrollton. You get what you pay for.
