The worst place I have ever lived.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
The pavement is always wet, and slippery. They water the grass morning noon and night. Giant cockroaches,rats. Poor installation, all of your heat goes out in the winter, and all of your cooling goes out in the summer. Noisey, located right next to the train tracks. You have to submit numerous request for maintenance repairs. Not handicap accessible. Not one single ramp or handicap parking space located on the property, not even in front of the office, or even to access the common areas, such as the pool or laundry areas. Steps everywhere even on first floor apartments.
