STAY AWAY!!!

BLARING horns at all hours of the morning, noon and night from the trains crossing the intersection right in front of the complex. Fire department right across the street understandably has their fair share of sirens blowing. Lori - who is this lady helping' We've complained to her about a tenant's barking dog for MONTHS (at least 7 complaints)! If you live here now and have a courtyard apartment please confirm that we aren't the only people hearing this wretched, rat-sized beast of a dog that squeals at the top of it's lungs!! This dog owner will leave her dog on the patio and let it bark at all hours (2:00am, 5:30am, 7:00am, all throughout the day, all night for HOURS at a time...nonstop) as if everyone in the courtyard wants to hear this. Lori claims she's warned this tenant on many occassions and she's oh so empathetic when she's talking to you on the phone about it, but hang up and the issue dies there. To top it off the dog owner doesn't pick up the poop and twice we've seen excrement on our front door, yet not even this warrants eviction. And yes there's a very bad mold and bug problem. The complex is old, the kitchens and baths outdated, the patios are spider infested, and this is a miserable place to come home to day after day. And I think I remember the guy who had his wheels stolen in another post (you lived at the back of the complex'). Management is passive, apartments are run-down, and the noise will drive you crazy. I will give a thumbs-up to the maintenance guy. Without him the complex would probably be condemned.
