not so great but not that bad

When we moved here in July of 2005 it was really kind of a last resort. We really didn't get a chance to look around for apartments and napartment locator found this apartment complex for us. When we first saw the complex we liked it. The grounds were well kept and green. The apartment itself was nothing to brag about. The lady in the office made it sound so beautiful when we walked in to talk to her about moving here. It is really small for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. (925 sq. ft.) No real space for storage. Really small kitchen. Old appliances. My refrigerator has rust on it. But we were desperate for a place to live so we signed the lease. The second day after we moved in I noticed an ant problem in my bathroom, called down to the office
and was told she would get someone up to my apartment. Still waiting!! We have had problems with noise. There are alot of people around here with kids. They play on the grass and scream and just make alot of noise. The adults aren't much better. Loud music. I once heard music for 1 hr. plained about it ....nothing was done. Parking is bad. People who don't live here will park in the visitors parking for days on end. Have had my car doors dinged more than once, but because we don't know who these cars belong to there's not much you can do when you wake up to a damaged car.
