When I moved in here, I used an Apartment Locator service who highly recommended them. However, after about 2 months of living there, I came to the conclusion that the only reason he had recommended the place was because the front office girl was cute. The complex has serious management problems (there is a new manager every other month it seems), no sense of loyalty to their residents (I was pretty much told that they didn't need my business), and to add insult to injury, every time I walked up the stairs to my apt, I thought they were going to crumble to the ground, taking me with them. Definitely NOT recommeded.

I agree. I think the apartments need to be updated and the walls seem to be paper thin. Response times to call place regarding broken items within the apartment are responded to very slow. Also there seems to be no action taken on complaints. A/C units are old and out of Date, driving the eclectic bill up. I think the have a deal with CoServ Electric to get a kick backs.
