Horrible. If you have something that needs to be repaired, (even as important as your A/C going out in the middle of July) expect to have to basically threaten lives to even get it looked at, let alone actually repaired. We had a leak in our roof with all of the recent storms and the girl at the front office told me that they would have to WAIT UNTIL IT RAINED AGAIN to fix it. When our a/c DID go out July of last year it took TWO WEEKS for them to fix it. It's an affordable complex, but you definitely get what you pay for. Management is replaced it seems every month and there is no loyalty to residents. Gym equipment is very out of date and always seems to be out of order. Children CONSTANTLY screaming outside and parents aren't much quieter. Loud music, someone is always parking in my reserved spot. My husband and I are moving without a doubt when our lease is up. I do NOT recommend this complex unless you are in a severe financial situation.
