I lived at Fountains of Rosemeade for 2 years. It had its ups and downs. When I first moved in, it was great! My neighbors were all quiet. There was the occassional car passing through with the bass turned up, but nothing I couldn't tolerate. After the first year, things went downhill. I had my brand new car broken into and I was constantly harrassed by stupid little boys driving through the complex late at night when I came home. I saw the cops out there on a few occasions, usually handcuffing some fugitive. Crime happens anywhere you live, but I think a lot of it has to do with the caliber of residents that the apt complex allows to live there. I decided to move because of the crime and the small sq ft. A few months before I moved out, some ghetto people moved into the apt above me. They smoked pot all of the time and had a used mattress out on their patio that they laid on all of the time. The guy also liked to beat the crap out of his girlfriend. I lived towards the front of the complex, which I heard is better than the back.

All in all, the apt complex would be great again if they got rid of all of the trashy residents, but don't count on that happening. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in its current state, but single women like myself especially need to stay away. Try the Georgian down the street. It's more expensive but worth it.
