I moved in the Fountains of Rosemeade in June of 2007 with my 2 sons and shortly afterwards moved out in October of 2007 (Yes a brief & short stay there). Let me try to keep it brief. 1st the parking is very bad (There's never enough parking in the building area where you live so get ready to walk unless you live in the very front. When I lived there it always seemed to be plenty of parking spots in the front. Also the only way I was able to get a spot by my apartment is if I made it home around 5pm - 6pm. After those hours you will be stuck outta luck). 2nd If you do decide to move there just make sure you get your apartment on the 3rd floor or Just luck on having nice, respectable & considerate neighbors above you (Because if you don't the noise & the friction from neighbors upstairs will work ur nerves like it did mine. Especially when you're looking forward to coming home to peace and quite after a long day @ work & instead all you get is constant noise and vibration). Oh & don't bother calling the office or patrol for assistance because their no help @ all ( All the office is focused on is the rent. As long as you pay your rent on time they don't care about what else goes on & it definetly showed to be true from experience). 3rd I'm not a bug person @ all not even if they are just little bugs. Well I had to request for the exterminator @ least every 2 weeks to make sure there was no little bugs around because if I didn't I would see them in my kitchen area & I'm a very clean person. I never would leave trash overnight always took it to the dumpster or left food out but, who was to say your neighbor was the same so what that mean you may get bugs in your apartment because of their uncleanliness. Now I can say besides the noise from my neighbors upstairs I never heard any other noises in the apartment late @ night outside so that was a plus there. My floor plan was nice also it fit well for my boys & I. I probably would have still lived over there if it wasn't for the loud noise everyday from went I walked in the house from work on up to bedtime about 11pm from my upstairs neighbors & the response I received from the front office employees is what made my stay there of 4 months very brief. From that very experience I decided I will never rent an apartment again so that's why after that move I got a house instead. But it's a case by case thing and people own opinions of there experience. Everybody's experience is not the same so other residents or former residents shouldn't try to comment on another persons experience if you wasn't there with them @ that very moment to experience it or witness it yourself.

what kind of response did the office give you on the noise? i used to live there and had noisy neighbors too and the office didnt care so much.

I LIVED THERE FROM 9/06 TO 9/07 AND IT WAS HELL THE NOISY NEIGHBORS, THE RUDE OFFICE THE, THE NASTY BUGS AND I'M A CLEAN FREAK AND STILL HAD BUGS AND HAD TO CALL THE EXTERMINATOR TOO MORE THEN USUAL. I HATED IT THERE AND AM SOOOOOO GLAD THAT I'M NOT THERE ANYMORE(THANK YOU JESUS!) DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON OFFICE STAFF ALL OF THEM WERE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL ALL OF THEM
